Off-site Capabilities

• We can edit deposition video based on a judge's ruling on objections using a high-end digital non-linear editing system.

• We can synchronize video and transcripts and deliver the final product on CDrom. This makes it incredibly easy to search for parts of the testimony, and then go instantly to the part of the deposition you need to see.

• We can duplicate deposition video as many times as necessary on VHS, S-VHS, MiniDV, CDrom or DVD.

Strictly by the book

• We strictly adhere to the guidelines laid out in Federal Rule 30 and California Civil Procedure 2205.

• We have a set script that legally begins and ends the deposition video.

• We always announce time for going off record, coming back on record and switching tapes. And we log every objection down to the last second to make them easier to locate when viewing the video.

• No panning, zooming, strange lighting or odd angles -- just a straight forward, well-lit, digitally clear head-and-chest shot.

• We always burn the date & time onto the video.

• We certify every original tape and every copy so as to guarantee it's authenticity, and we immediately break out the record tab so as to prevent accidental erasure.

• We leave nothing to chance.

Rates

• Appearance Fee (covers transportation & setup time) - $95

• Each hour on site - $95 (1 hr minimum)

• Each 'certified' VHS or DVD - $40  or CDRom - $95

• Video / Transcript synchronization (up to 2 hours of video on one CDrom w/ software for search & playback) - $195 (per 2-hour disc)

• Non-linear digital editing of any kind - $95/hr (1 hr. minimum)

• There is a surcharge of $25 per hour (including the setup hour) for 2-camera shoots, or shoots that involve a document presenter.

• Discounts for volume business & overflow work.
